Major interface changes due to feedback on 0.9.2, including:

- Much simplified/prettier interface for saving macros, several fields now optional.
- Addition of help mouseover and section.
- Complete revamp of macro view page, including ability to email a macro to friends directly from its page.
- Menu bar changes


Also some updates to the interpretation engine, including:

- Will now correct capitalization on recognized parameters.
- Better/more understandable treatment for a variety of macro commands.
